"My Fake Antique Trunk by Jerrry"
This is a short article from a person that just likes to build Premtive Type furniture.
My trunk was build with Pine Shelf Boads with Knots. I use Brass Hardware and Pegs to cover the Screws. Painted with Minwax Early American Stain. Before staining I used a regular drill with an sanding pad to round all edges and corners, Antique lock. After staining used cigarette to put burn marks and normal use to create that used loof. My poin several times we had people pick this trunk as our best antique and it was the only antique that was a FAKE. Jerry Hairston.
