Pie Safe Tins
Pie Safes were made across the US, however those with punched tins were mainly crafted in Tennessee, Virginia and North Carolina. The Alabama pie safe was usually equipped with screen wire rather than a pie safe tin. Walnut was the preferred wood for building a pie safe.
