Egg and Dart Push Plates
The Egg and Dart pattern dates to around 1900. It's design is taken from ancient Roman/Greco architecture. The egg represents life and the dart, death. These are available in polished lacquered brass, unlacquered brass, antique brass, polished nickel and oil rubbed bronze. 2 3/4 x 8 1/4 inches. Sold by the pair.
