Any item(s) purchased may be returned for any reason within 45 days of the invoice date and receive a full refund on the merchandise. Items returned after 45 days may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Rattan products and chemicals are not returnable after 90 days. Box 9978, Philadelphia, PA 19118-0978. Special orders are NOT returnable.
