Watercolor

Watercolor painting ordinarily incorporates transparent water-soluble pigments with a colloid bonding-agent, typically a gum. Mixing with a whiting or casein can create opaque tincture. Most commonly paper is the foundation for watercolor paintings, however the artists choice of substrate is unbounded and has been known to include fabrics, leather, plastic, canvas and more.
