Wood Turning
The art of wood turning employs devices designed to transform wood into desired forms by means of rotary or non-rotary cutters brought into engagement with the circumference of the continuously rotating subject. Wood turning can likewise be accomplished by means of rotary or non-rotary cutters revolving around the circumference and in engagement with the subject. The resulting shapes vary, however they are all variations of the cylindrical consequence of wood turning.
