Bygone Arts

Bygone Arts is an eclectic gathering of artists dedicated to preserving the dying handicrafts of bygone eras. Most of our art is based on Medieval models. Morgan Franck, who has spent several years studying Medieval art, creates fine custom calligraphy in the style of Medieval manuscripts. Both Morgan Franck and Jonathan Kay create jewelry and clothing out of chainmail. Jamie Sajovic, owner of Mystic Meadows farm, raises Shetland sheep, Jacob's Rams, and llamas--the fiber from these animals is available as raw fleece, roving, or hand-spun yarn.

Year Established: 2002   Primary Medium: Paper and Ink    Secondary Medium: metal, fiber
