At American Lantern Company, each individual lantern and lamp is made by hand. Metalsmithing and hand skills, hardly used in 21st century America, are still implemented in my metal shop. The Washington Table Lamp / Lantern is of the highest quality possible. This light will add beauty and ambience to almost any home. The lamp is carefully assembled, soldered solidly together, and is buffed to a slightly shiny finish. All electrical connections are also soldered together for added lifespan of the lamp. The lamp comes with a cord switch, so that just the inside bulbs will be left on alone. The lamp also comes with two long life interior bulbs, although these 2 bulbs are easily chageable. You will not be disappointed by this product, I guarantee it ! The L-311 (WITHOUT SHADE) measures 21 HIGH X 8.25 SQUARE. Shade not included.
