Vintage 1940s Holophane industrial hanging lights perfect for renovation and use in residential and commercial locations. The lights are 14" across at the bottom and 16" high from the bottom to the point of attachment for the metal pole (a.k.a. conduit). The metal frame is made of aluminum, which can be refinished with nickel, brass, paint and many other coatings. The wiring and socket are for high wattage industrial light bulbs and can be replaced with a socket for more common light bulbs. Seller has seen identical, renovated lights hung by either a metal chain or metal conduit pole, with matching finish. Sold as is. Seller has many more available for sale. For ease and reduced cost of shipping and renovation seller will saw off the metal pole (conduit). Total packaging/shipping cost for each light is $75.00, including securely packaging, insuring and shipping the light at a Mail Boxes Etc. shipping office. If a buyer requests that seller leave the metal pole on the light, the total packaging/shipping cost increases to $205 for two lights.
