This decorative block was presumably part of the cornice of the building from which it was removed. The piece represents a section of projecting shelf along the top wall of the building. Measuring 13.25 inches in length by 9 inches tall and 12 inches deep, the piece is in good condition with minimal character building damage to the upper right corner and the left edge of the ornamentation.
